Welcome to the Netizens Online Toastmasters Club!
We offer an online personal and professional development program that teaches public speaking and leadership skills through practice at our club meetings. Participants gain valuable practice by presenting speeches and fulfilling leadership roles, as well as listening to others’ speeches at the club. Giving speeches and feedback, you practice and improve following the 5-level Pathways program at your own pace, starting with the first two levels with 7 speeches. . Optional conferences and speech contests supplement the learning experience.
Learning the basics in the first two levels, 3 additional levels of achievement offer 11 specialized Paths through a selection of 60 Advanced Projects of the Pathways Educational Program. Our education programs have been driven by the guiding principles of experiential learning, supportive peer feedback, mentoring, self-paced program.

Netizens is the FIRST Official Online Toastmasters Club #5357724, Chartered March 25, 2016, as a member of Toastmasters International, conducting all meetings via video-conferencing with members across the globe and time zones.

We meet the 1st and the 3rd Sunday of every month from 5PM UTC to 6:15PM UTC using Zoom.

Our members pay dues of $61.25 once every 6 months ($45 Toastmasters International Dues, plus $14.25 club dues, plus $2 service charge). Typically the basic levels can be completed during this time at a comfortable pace. The Toastmasters educational program is one of the best values you can get to improve public speaking.
Netizens Online began as a Study Group in March 2012, sanctioned by Toastmasters International for the purposes of exploring and practicing conducting great meetings online with participants who are distributed from around the globe.
The Name Netizen is a portmanteau of the English words Internet and citizen. It is defined as an entity or person actively involved in online communities and a user of the Internet, especially an avid one. Netizens are also commonly referred to as cyber citizens, which has the same meaning.
